After ordering you will receive a email with the Track & Trace code. At the Track Your Order page you can track your order by entering the code.

Delivery is provided by the reliable postal delivery service with Track & Trace. The delivery takes place between 4-12 business days.

You can email our customer-support for help and questions. The return must comply with this:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions may be final sale and not eligible for return, unless specified otherwise.

Did you receive a damaged package?

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
